Whenever I tell people that I’ve been using Minoxidil for like well over 10 years, they’re like, "Do you do you use it every day? Like, you’re really going to do that every day? What’s the alternative?

So, consider hair loss is a lot like dental decay, right? The reason we all brush and floss, no one questions that. No one says, "Well, how long am I going to have to use that toothbrush for?" Until you stop, you know, living.

So, one thing to do is topical minoxidil and finasteride. You can put it right by your toothbrush. A laser cap is also a really great idea.

Think of it kind of think of the topical medication like your toothbrush. The laser cap like your dental floss. The two together are going to be more than either one alone.

Laser cap, six minutes a day. Is that difficult? No. I think the, you know, prevention is key.

Some people ask me, "How long do I have to wear that laser cap?" And I’ll say, "Well, until the day you stop using your toothbrush.
