I joined the @TheMorningX @CumulusPodcasts to share what’s possible even if you’ve already got the ’horeshoe.’
We also got into John Cena’s hair transplant, the FUE technique, and why natural results matter most.
Thanks again to Barnes and Leslie for having me on!

If you’re bald or just have little spikies, is it too late to get anything done? Typically not. It would depend on how much hair is left.
And so, you know, if there’s a horseshoe around the back and sides, it kind of depends on how high up that horse shoe goes. Often times we can recreate a frontal hairline and put some on on top and reframe the face. Yeah.
And and that’s what happened. And I mean over the years I had a mullet back in the ’9s and then in little by little it thinned out and then I would spike what was left and now it is it’s that horseshoe and as it grows before I get a haircut my girlfriend says oh you look like a crazy professor with hair on the sides and nothing in the front. My my only concern doc would be would it be too much like a transformation like Elton John who was obviously bald in the 70s then all of a sudden a full head of hair.
I don’t want to go too much too fast. That’s a great point.
