As far as recovery goes let’s see here you know they gave me exactly what to expect and a nice little form that walked me through what to do each day for the first two weeks and how to care for it and luckily for me I could have followed it myself but I did have my wife who who helps me out so even for me who’s a big baby and can’t handle needles or anything this was this was a very simple procedure to go through I really felt like I I wasn’t just a number this was not me just getting you know just cranking it out I mean this was he took care of me from start to finish and I I enjoyed the entire thing so much that I’m back again so I’m I’m looking forward to today
